Karen Page recently joined the TREAT team as Program Administrator. She is responsible for operating and maintaining TREAT’s external programs and outreach initiatives. Karen says she is “thrilled at the opportunity to help inventors bring their device ideas to market to improve the health and well-being of people with injuries and disabilities.”
Karen has worked as a biomedical researcher, grant writer, patent liaison, and program administrator in both academic and start-up environments. She says, “I am pleased to play a role in developing TREAT’s comprehensive system for moving these innovations toward commercialization.”
After attending graduate school at Dartmouth, Karen decided to stay in the area to take advantage of the myriad outdoor and cultural opportunities the region provides. In her spare time, you can find her on a trail, skiing or hiking with her dog. You can contact Karen at kpage@simbex.com.
